Restful Lavandar Aromatherapy Mist
This is a unique blend of lavender and other
essentials. Keep Restful at your bedside and spray
on your pillow, sheets, hair, and face, breathe deeply
and exhale the tensions of the day. Restful pure
essential oil mist will calm your nerves and promote
a deeper sleep.
One of the ways this happens is through inhalation
using the olfactory system which is responsible for
our sense of smell. The most basic part of the brain
is the hippocampus; the olfactory system affects this
center directly. This is why certain aromas will triger
specific memories. Many years ago it was
discovered that essential oils can be used not only
to trigger memories but to help heal the body
physically and to induce certain states of mind.
